Didn’t get deposit back even though no damage was done to the property

Very clean. Everything worked. Any issues (how safety deposit box worked) sorted very promptly.

A little more storage for clothes would be handy. Small chest of drawers perhaps. Or just reconfigure what is there with a few shelves.

Friendly atmosphere and near to shopping as opposed to the beach.

Someone to meet us on arrival. We relied on Ali a friendly neighbour(no. 115 I think?) to help us with the codes etc.

The position,the beds

It is very dark,it is in.The place looks in the pictures much better that in real. The closet is ugly,poor and full of stuff already.the are not shelves or drawers where to put your stuff. The house is in a complex where only locals lives.It is a row of small houses on the ground floor Nothing against but of course,the people are cooking,frying fish day and night,and the most annoying is a neighbor living two houses after coming always in front of your door,so privacy at all. In the nights we had to discuss with him because he was calling quite late and talking loud Arabic in front of our terrace.He said he was calling the mother,so it was his right. It is not a place for holidays.

The location is fairly central and the facilities were fine for our party, which included a teenager and 7 year old. Pool to ourselves for large parts of the day, with the other properties owned privately by local Spaniards and ex pats. Shops and bars nearby which was very convenient.

No batteries in one of the TVs (bedroom). Metal shutter lock is very sticky and nearly locked us out on the first night. We decided to avoid using it thereafter.
