Location handy to beach and restaurants / cafes. Adequate off-street parking. Quiet neighbors.

Incorrect lock code provided to access key safe necessitating phone call to rectify and get into house. No property information / instruction sheet provided directing where to find things etc. Property is very tired and cluttered with deferred maintenance both inside and out. External stairs encroached upon by ferns and bushes made steps hazardous. Downstairs bedroom damp and musty. No fire alarm downstairs and no toilet roll holder in downstairs bathroom. Downstairs shower had sand and cobwebs present. One downstairs bed had not been completely made up with top sheet left sitting on pillows, Upstairs bedding in one room had duvet mis-matched to size of bed. Sole form of heating evident for whole of house was one oil column heater upstairs only. Upstairs bathroom / shower moldy around bath and a piece of bent wire was holding up shower head. Large cobwebs present on one of the kitchen windows which was also dirty from what appeared to be cooking splashes. Overall property did not reflect what was provided in the listing photos,
