Private Annex, Little Flat, Private Entrance

A really warm welcome and then shown to my lovely room. Had everything I needed and a great central location.

Everything you need to cater for yourself and good value for money

A. It run down and untidy. Could hear music being played upstairs. The gate to get in didn’t open well which made life difficult

Mostly provided my own breakfast.

Was out during the day but occasional building and knocking a bit disturbing. Also would have preferred a lockable door entrance.

Very nice place. Has everything you could need, tea, coffee, dvds, things to cuddle etc. It's a brilliant little home from home

Great location, good functional space that I could work from that was separate to the bed area. all kitchen accessories if I wanted to cook. cosy bed, good Internet. Definitely did the job and a good find.

Getting in and out through a padlocked gate that doesn't open wide is difficult when I had big bags. On street parking in a busy street. I was a bit wary using the bathroom as it looked like a communal one with other people's toothbrushes etc in it. Luckily I brought my own towel as nothing was obvious if it was family stuff or for guests.

The internet is not fast that the only complaint from my self but for the value of the money I saved I’m not to fussed

I recently stayed at Little flat in Nottingham and was blown away by how much better it was in person than the pictures online. The studio apartment was incredibly neat, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. From the cozy living area to the well-equipped kitchen, it felt like a home away from home. The hosts were absolutely lovely and made me feel very welcome. Their hospitality was top-notch, and they were always available to answer any questions I had. Without a doubt, I'll be booking this Airbnb again when I return to Nottingham. It's a fantastic value for the price, and the quality of the accommodations is truly exceptional.
