When we asked for the room to be cleaned daily, it didn’t happen. Had to go to desk for clean / fresh towels. We were given a small discount due to room not being serviced daily.
The hotel is 5/5 but the bed was horrible it was like laying on a concrete floor it was just that hard 3/5. The area is very nice you can walk to different eateries and shopping stores.
They did not clean my room
Very clean, super convenient to the shopping street that is brand new but built like an old town. When to concert there and could walk to restaurants and concert. Staff were very nice.

Stayed one night for a business trip. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The area is very nice with walkable restaurants (we really enjoyed Sippin’ Silo).
