Cozy flat near Tivoli park with free parking

Great location, free parking and comfortable bed. It’s a great place for a weekend away in Ljubljana

The only thing that put us off is that after we confirmed the booking, we were told there is a €15 late check-in fee, which was not stated in the listing (nor were the check-in/out times before we mentioned it to the host).

Es gibt mehr Negatives als Positives! Die Nähe zum Tivoli-Park war positiv. Außerdem war ein Lidl nebenan. Wenn das schon alles an Positivem ist, spricht das Bände…

Fangen wir am Anfang an: 1. Wir mussten 2,5h auf den Check-In warten. Die Kommunikation war dabei echt bescheiden, obwohl wir die Ankunftszeit genau mitgeteilt hatten. Besonders wenn man nur eine kurze Zeit in der Stadt ist und die Zeit nutzen möchte, ist dies nicht akzeptabel… 2. Das Besteck und Geschirr war nicht gespült. Im Schrank waren Essensreste und die Gläser sehr eklig dreckig, als ob sie jemand im benutzten Zustand in den Schrank gestellt hätte. Sehr eklig. Ansonsten war die Wohnung eher etwas schäbig und dreckig, vereinzelt waren Ameisen in der Wohnung. 3. Steckdosen haben teilweise nicht funktioniert. 4. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Man bekommt alles von den Nachbarn mit. 5. im Bad stehen jegliche Reinigungsmittel und Zubehör im Weg rum. 6. Es gab nicht ausreichend Handtücher… 7. Das Fenster in Bad ist so positioniert und durchsichtig, dass die Nachbarn einen beim Duschen zuschauen können… 8. Es gab keine Mülltrennung Insgesamt würde ich empfehlen, diese Unterkunft zu meiden. So ein Umgang ist angesichts des Preises nicht akzeptabel…Preis-Leistung ist aus meiner Sicht in keinem Verhältnis, da die Basics, wie eine vernünftige Kommunikation und Sauberkeit einfach unterirdisch waren!

Clean, modern and parking right outside. Most kitchen things needed was offered. Supermarket very close. Nice staff at check in and nice local neighbour.

Very warm when hot outside. The front door had windows which let in a lot of light in the morning (we used towels/blankets to cover it). Bed was pretty noisy on one side plus thin walls so we heard noise from apartment above. No hooks in the bathroom. The terrace is really just a table right by the parking lot. Maybe put some frosting on the window and a cutting board in the kitchen. We actually thought the studio was part of a detached house.

The location is good, close to the city center - only a 15/20 min walk. Parking is very big plus as well, since most of the on-street parking in the city is paid. Host was also helpful and communication with him was easy.
