Wild Dunes Resort – Residences at Sweetgrass

Stayed in unit 412A. Property is dated and over priced for what it is. Condo/villa did not have an operating laundry as the washer only filled with water and would not run. Garbage disposal did not work and the flooring was outdated and damaged. The condo was also in need of a deep cleaning. Food on site was edible, but overpriced as well. Go offsite for food and you’ll not only pay less you’ll receive better quality food.

Easy access to beach

Not enough space for adults at pool - few umbrellas poolside-beds very uncomfortable- AC was very loud-could have been complimentary coffee for the price and more toiletries provided. Parking was limited.

Everything was close by. We didn’t see breakfast but we ate lunch and it was good.

We were upgraded to a better room but the toilet kept running. Very insignificant issue because the room was beautiful and clean. No formal complaint here just a mention. Loved the adult only pool. Was surprised children allowed in the hot tub tho.

Extra Long wait time at pizza, pools are not clean. People allowed to be in water with drinks, lots of sand in pool makes water dirty.
