Excellent location. It was near a main road, but very quiet. Very clean. Spacious. Comfy bed.

The apartment looked good, but a number of issues- Very difficult to get out of the front door, as no handle on the inside. Was a hot weekend, and the windows in the front room didn't open, Blind in the bedroom came unstuck, in the middle of the night Battery needed in large kitchen clock. Both toilet seats needed tightening as they were loose.

Great location and much better than a hotel if you want to supply yourself. Excellent for Welsh capital adventures.

Had parking as an amenity on the booking site I use so specifically booked it for this but it did not have this facility.

The location is excellent ... within walking distance of the museum, the castle, the very lively central city, as well as the train and bus stations. The apartment is bright, spacious, and very quiet. The owner was easy to communicate with.

If you have booked Apartment 1, be aware that it is not facing Park Place. It is around the corner, facing St. Andrews Place. And it is not through the glass doors that say "Apartments 1-16". As you face those doors, look left to see a door with Apartment 1 on it. I learned all of this from a construction worker on the site the day I arrived. Other small things: There was no dining table, microwave, or dishwasher that were listed in the amenities, and the bar stools for eating at the bar were very uncomfortable. The street light shines into the bedroom window at night. Hopefully these issues will be resolved by the time you book.

Very clean and comfortable apartment in a nice location. Appears to have been renovated recently. Paid parking was convenient with multiple options with a minute or so walk.

The check-in process was not in person as advertised. That was a specific reason we chose the place because we feel it's insecure to upload passport photos and info online. After a fairly unpleasant and not so cordial message exchange with the host we were fortunately able to reach a compromise. Another thing that we didn't like is the shower drain could not at all keep up with the water flow. There was a slight unpleasant odor from the drain indicating a partial clog. Given this is a common issue, checking (clearing as needed) the drains to ensure proper functioning should ideally be done routinely after every guest stay. Finally, a few luggage stands would make things much more convenient for quests.

Amazing central location. We loved the apartment, which was comfortable, spotless, and well equipped.

Great location, good size, loved the thought of frosted windows so you can still get light even though it's ground floor near a busy road. Had most things you'd need for a short stay. Easy to self check in and easy to find. Great instructions on how to check in and how to use appliances.

No microwave (something to think about when picking up food if you're eating in). Very small towels (not the end of the world, but couldn't wrap towel around myself). No lamps in the living room/ kitchen area so only harsh lighting for the evening, again not the worst as just left kitchen light on when watching TV in the evening to help wind down, would feel a bit more cosy with a lamp or two. Can be a bit noisy at night, think it must be near a student area, couldn't really hear cars even though it was a main road, but could occasionally hear students coming back from their night out, especially the Wednesday night.
