"Perfect to explore Belfast and all facilities was in the property and met my expectations."

The location was good and easy to access the city and the property was good and gave value for money.

The bed in one room was small and was not comfortable.

"Very comfortable stay in a well maintained property"

Very friendly and helpful host went over and beyond in responding patiently to all our questions and in being flexible in accommodating our requests. The property is very well-maintained, details provided by the host were excellent (as were the welcome supply of snacks!). It has the feel of a home-away-from-home.

"Perfect experience with Cathy"

What a fantastic experience at Cathy's place! She provided clear communication before our stay about our entry into the property and made us feel welcome. She was so friendly and made it clear that she would be on hand if we needed anything at all. The property is ideally situated in a lovely neighborhood and not far from shops and the city centre is only a short bus journey away. Very well price for the location! Upon entry the property was absolutely spotless, the kitchen was well equipped, fresh bed linens and towels for all guests were provided. The welcoming care of package of tea and treats was such a nice touch! What a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back. Thanks again Cathy

"Good value and good for a family."

Roomy. Two bedrooms. Nice kitchen. Yard and table outside. Big bathroom. Shower was good. Snacks and drinks were provided. Very clean.

Beds are not the most comfortable.
