Andalucian house, few minutes from the beach

Loiça ( panelas, tachos, sertã, pratos, copos, etc, enfim tudo o equipamento de cozinha) completamente suja, com bastantes detritos de utilização sem serem lavados antes de entrar novos utilizadores, forno de cozinha completamente sujo e com restos de comida (queijo e fiambre e restos de gurdura) Guarda sol do sun roof completamente partido, barbeque completamente sujo, mesa de terraço partida, chão do terraço sujo ( foi necessário passar água para se utilizar). Falta de Ar condicionado nos quartos. Falta de máquina de loiça. A casa precisa de ser "mimada".

Het is geen rookvrije accommodatie. Toen wij de woning binnenkwamen, was er veel sigaretten stank en overal lagen asbakken. Het terras ziet er onverzorgd uit. De woning is aan vernieuwing toe,

Vlakbij het strand, stille rustige straatje. Fijn huisje van alle nodige faciliteiten voorzien. Goed werkende airco, koelkast was de eerste dag al kapot, maar de volgende dag stond er al een nieuwe. Communicatie verliep heel fijn. Reageerde echt supersnel!

Terras was niet ingericht zoals op de foto. De ligbedden en banken waren niet opgemaakt. Lagen allemaal opgeborgen in de kast en zagen er niet schoon/fris uit.

Good location, the beds were relatively comfortable. It’s a big property.

When we arrived there was dead cockroaches everywhere, counted at least 10, the property has lots of poison for cockroaches, they have spray and poison traps so it must be a big problem but the host makes excuses. There were ants nests coming through the floors. It is clear that the maintenance of the property is terrible, outside seat cushions are mouldy, torn and stained. The property has a lot of damage which has never been repaired, holes in doors, cracked windows and tiles etc.. the umbrella on the roof was broken, when I reported this to the host she told me I should find somewhere else to stay. Absolutely shocking customer service. For every problem you tell her she will give you an excuse.. she never apologises. You are told to leave the spare key in the lock box outside the front door, which feels very unsafe. The host sent people to the property without telling me anybody would visit. Although the house is clean, there is a lot of dirty things, like limescale all over the shower, every pot and pan needs cleaning, cutlery, glasses and dishes are all dirty. Even the coffee machine.. it has mould in. Every house on the street is in good repair until you walk up to this property.. it is an eye sore, it brings down neighbourhood.

The location in a quiet road is perfect for the beach, restaurants and rail station. The accommodation is comfortable and well maintained and the roof terrace is a bonus.

The outside steps to the roof terrace are steep and could be a problem if you have young children or if you have a mobility problem.
