Punto Nima, Spectacular Pool with Ocean View

This place was amazing, great location, nice and quiet and away from the crowds, an amazing rooftop pool, where we could see the ocean and watch the whales and listen to the waves crashing. The condo itself was very well stocked, clean, the beds were super comfortable, staff very friendly and anything we needed we were accommodated. The only issue we had was with the ceiling fans as the remotes seemed to work multiple fans so if one turned theirs off it turned the other persons off. There is also a slight inconvenience of having to go to front desk whenever you wanted to enter or leave the underground parkade but minor considering you get free under ground parking.

The property is brand new - and in a very nice location - close to good restaurants and grocery stores.

It wasn’t that we didn’t like the property - but it is still being completed with many unfinished condos - lots of workers everywhere- all very polite and friendly. The pool was lovely, but freezing cold. Most of the out door furniture was covered, and no roof top bar. We did play pickle ball and did use the gym - some of the equipment did not have accessories for the machines and little to no floor space for floor exercises. No Yoga mats No bathroom on this floor - although it may be in the plans. Our condo was fairly well equipped and brand new, but the stove convection fan made a howling noise when we used it and continued after we turned it off til cooled down. All in all, this will eventually be a lovely property!

It’s a beautiful new place in a good location

I wish the hot tub on the deck was working. The temp would not go above 92. It would be nice if the pool water was warmer and had a hot tub
