Location is good. Quiet. Clean. Modern.

No parking. You have to pay street parking, even on a Saturday until 10 pm.

Very clear instructions with photographs.

A fan for each bedroom would have been useful as it was very hot and some storage for clothes in the bedrooms would have been good as all storage was jn main living area.

Need more tidiness! We arrived at an apartment with an unwashed floor, cobwebs, garbage... very high humidity.

A magical, amazing place to live. The apartment exceeded all expectations in terms of atmosphere, functionality, interior design and equipment. We are delighted. Sea from the window. Apartments in the very center of Preč. Wonderful responsible hosts. They provided us with late check-in and free parking. 100 out of 10 points

The owner did try to work with me, it must be said. The only warning to others is to get the "complete" check information well in advance. I emailed the company for check in information, only to get an email requesting more information.[my mothers full name,place of birth,my middle names, passport numbers[ok] i quickly sent out all info.to recieve a quesstion about my friends mothers maidan name.[Shei had never been married so ii had given to him] Checked emails while we landed in another airport.another question, [OY VEY] (.by this time with the airlines,missed connections we had been traveling for 25 hours, and we had missed our first day to check in.) when answering his last email I explained, our travels so far and that I WOULD NOT have wi fii when I left the airport and to please send complete instructions while i was traveling. We landed.No email. SInce,we were on another long connection I waited and received partico help.[I get it] could not get pp tal check informatio`n.[[[At the time I didn't know it was not complete]]] We left the airport and went to the apt.We could not get in.Two ppl tried their best to help us.they left, We asked others to use thier cell to call the owner.We couldn't get any help. So ,we took our luggage and went to a hotel. We wrote to him, then he got the complete instructions, we asked for a parcial refund, which was quickly rejecteted. After the 35 hours of travelling,and the tennis ball ,back n forth communication,rejection of some refund due to complicated communication ication,we stayed put at the hotel. Demand ! Check in instructions before you begin your travels.it is ludicrous he sent a request for extra information on the day of travel.When I had booked 3 .months in advance. We were so disappointed we were so looking forward to staying in the apt. It was so frustrating w all the back and forth in communication when traveling.

Location was nice and the appearance of the apartment was great. Very spacious too.

Apartment didn't air well at all despite efforts, was damp a couple of days in for the rest of our stay. Were also promised a 'solution' to the heatwave prior to staying and had to chase to get 1 fan. Could have also done with a bit of TLC, some broken lights / curtain rails as well as a stained sofa and cobwebs in places.

Awesome place to stay!!. Best location possible. 10mins walk for parliament building and buda castle..good transport connectivity as well....rooms were beautiful so was the entire apartment. Highly recommended.
