Location great for working in central Birmingham - 15-20 walk

Clean and spacious, decorated well

The front door looked like it had previously been broken into. Door frame loose.

Had to collect keys from a shop rather than from the flat. Not a major issue for me as I took a taxi from train station but might be if you were locating it by foot and carrying lots of luggage.

L'apartament en si està bé, compleix amb les necessitats bàsiques: dormir, bany i cuina equipada per poder fer els àpats.

CATALÀ: Hi ha hagut una falta d'informació a la descripció de com és l'apartament. Falten moltes coses a dir: 1. La recollida de claus. Vam acordar que entraríem a la 13h del migdia. En quan vam arribar no ens havien enviat les indicacions per recollir les claus, vam haver de trucar expressament. Quan ens van enviar les claus havíem de desfer camí que ja havíem caminat, amb les maletes i tot. Si això ho informessin abans seria de gran eficiència i més agradable l'entrada. 2. La neteja: quan vam arribar no estava net. Tot i acordar el check in a la 13h no havien netejat el pis. Vam haver d'esperar a fora 40 min a que el netegessin. 3. MOLT IMPORTANT!!! No és un apartament en que puguis estar còmode: - La ubicació, tot i ser al centre, dona a una via de cotxes molt transitada fet que fa que hi hagi molt soroll. A més, està prop d'un hospital pel que passen moltes ambulàncies (unes 20 o més al dia). - El fet que la finestra de l'habitació no tanqui bé fa que el descans no sigui òptim degut al soroll de cotxes. - El llit és molt incòmode, vell. Et claves les molles. Fet que fa que el descans no sigui òptim tampoc. 4. La TV no funciona bé, va molt lenta i no càrrega, a vegades no pots veure el que vols.

Ha sido increíble alojarnos en el apartamento,nos ha gustado mucho y sin lugar a dudas si volvemos regresaremos de nuevo alojarnos mismo lugar. Todo ha sido perfecto

Nos hubiera gustado encontrar un cargador compatible ya que al venir no caímos en eso y apenas pudimos cargar los móviles pero por lo demás increíble

The property host was able to ammend my booked stay when my work plans changed to needing 1 less night, and I received a partial refund which was really helpful. The property was very clean too, and wifi easy to connect to. Bed lower than normal but still comfy, as is sofa and dining table.

I wasn't aware until I received check in details that I'd have to go to a different location to collect the key from a convenience store, this was not easy to do with a large suitcase in tow from the train station - I would have used a taxi directly to the property but this additional stop made it tricky to do so and I needed to walk instead and the shop was not big enough to bring my suitcase inside - slightly unsecure when traveling alone. The property is on a busy main road and junction with noises of emergency services sirens passing in the night - not helped by nearly all of the windows in the property not fully shutting/locking, and vertical blinds (not shown in pictures) with one or two missing, bent or broken - the white street light outside and passing flashing blue lights woke me up several times.

It was fresh and clean with all the facilities expected in a apartment
