Was lovely and clean as being a cleaner myself that is my top priority

Walking to the shop to get the key will all your belongings was an absolute nightmare and was the same when leaving would be much handier if there was a lock box somewhere closer

Modern, very well equipped, spacious.

Window in the bedroom wouldn’t close completely, letting in some traffic noise. It wasn’t a huge issue the night I stayed as the road had been closed due to the Great Birmingham Run the next day but it needs to be sorted. Plus no parking at the property. Finally, I thought the need to pay a £100 deposit was excessive. It was returned a few weeks later but only when I asked for it back.

"Nice flat, let down by terrible communication and service"

Cannot fault the property itself, appeared new and clean wi to good location. One thing may be that one of the windows were broken and couldn’t close which was slightly dodgy as could be entered by someone if they climbed up and some of the dining furniture looked like it would break easy

Where do I begin, firstly never have I ever encountered such difficulties with checking into a booking. As per the their functions this apartment states someting like ‘24h reception service’ or something similar. Back in December or January I had some concerning messages from the property asking for £100 bank transfer deposit and other scam like emails. I ignored these and later had further messages to say these were not sent by the property. The day of my booking I received an email to say they would require £100 deposit, which I wouid have no issue with so replied that it was not a problem believing I would pay this at the apartment. I then proceeded to ask about a slightly earlier check and was told just that the apartment would be ready for 3pm. We arrived at 3 and it was clear that there was no reception and that the rental was a flat, again not an issue so while at the closed gates I called the contact listed on booking.com as I had had no communication about how to get in or collect keys. The man on the phone was very rude in my opinion and told me that I had to transfer him a bank transfer of £100 before I would be given the next steps of the booking. We then proceeded to have a back and forth where he didn’t seem to understand that I was not willing to send £100 cash rather than it being a hold Payment to an account of someone I A) havnt met, B) have not seen the flat C) cannot see any signage or proof that an apartment exists D) have previously received scam emails from The male then told me that only after sending him £100 bank transfer I would then have to travel away from the location, wait for a code to then go into a a shop at said location to be given the keys to the flat and then travel back - before - you guessed it, again wait for more details about getting in etc.

"Terrible"

We turned up at the property. Contacted the number we was given and they asked us to pay a £100 deposit and come to there shop to pick up the keys which they said was about 5 mins away. We explained that we have are luggage with us and I have bad ankles. So after my wife went looking for the shop which she couldn’t find we decided to call it a day and head back home A wasted journey and very upset. It is bad customer service service by the owner which I’m very disappointed with. Lost the money which was bad enough and spoilt the day.

Disappointed they took our deposit while saying that you have smoked but in fact no one on our family smoke cigarettes at all.

Lovely apartment clean organised And location great Love to book again

The furniture needs to be checked That design is not good for business use as it may be damaged Special the dining chairs,so loss was scared to sit on to eat. But apart from that, the host was amazing 👏
