Villa M Piscine chauffée, Hammam sans vis à vis Marrakech

Pour le prix la villa était super le seule truc c que la piscine était trop froide alors que moi perso c que je chercher sinon tout c très bien passé

La piscine tro froide

L’hôte est hyper gentil, très accueillant. Il s’adapte à vos besoins. La villa était parfaitement propre, tout était nickel ! Je n’ai rien à redire, je compte retourner au Maroc et reprendre cette sublime villa

L'emplacement de la villa n'est pas très sécurisé. Assez loin du centre 30 minutes de routes chaque jour. Énormément de bestioles dans la villa

La piscine

Le wc du bas et son lavabo ne fonctionne pas Caméras cachées et qui fonctionne en direction de la piscine (non signalé) Des gros cafards dans la salle de bain du haut impossible d y rentrer Matériel défectueux (cafetière, machine à laver...) Canapé et fauteuil intérieur et extérieur dégueulasse (tâche poussière etc) Pas de balai ,manque de matériel Bref les photos et vidéos de la villa sur les différents sites sont fausses et arrangées

Villa itself was modern with swimming pool.

Villa was good however there were lots of issue from the day 1. First day all the light went out then we called Hakim and Hakim came with electrician and he fixed the lights. AC wasn't working in top bedroom, hot water wasn't coming to the house for shower, we called Hakim and he fixed everything. Then downstair toilet was leaking. I was told on first day that you are not allowed to use the swimming pool or play music from 07PM until 09AM morning which wasn't mentioned when we booked villa also first day swimming pool was heated by another wasn't looks like it heater wasn't working for swimming pool. You can not use balcony on the first floor as it was locked and we are not allowed to open it as Villa was middle of residential area. Location wise it was OK as it was middle of residential area and if you want to go anywhere you have to have CAR or TAXI. Even if you want to buy anything you can not get the things by walking you have to have the car which is bit annoying. If you hire the car then it's perfect other wise get ready to spend extra money for taxi.

I loved the property. It was great for us all. The rooms were spacious and the house was so warm and cozy. It is quite a distance to the city centre but that’s well worth it. Our host was also a delight. So kind and understanding.

Property was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 plus a toddler. The communication was seamless from when the reservation was made to the check-in and throughout our stay. The staff is very professional and on demand which gave us quality time between us. Do not hesitate to book the amazing cook Hasna for a small extra fee as she is the queen of local dishes. Truly a great stay and we will return.
