Apartment Sunce 1-bedroom apartment in Split

Appartamento in ottima posizione; tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. È dotato di lavastoviglie e lavatrice; il balcone è abitabile e molto carino.

Alcune problematiche: l'appartamento è al terzo piano senza ascensore ed è stato molto faticoso portare su le valigie; occorre entrare e prendere le chiavi autonomamente con una semplice procedura che risulta poco accogliente e a tratti non agevole; ci sono 2 asciugamani per una settimana e manca la biancheria da cucina; sarebbe stato carino trovare almeno una bottiglia d'acqua. Sarebbe opportuno fare trovare una persona che possa aiutare con i bagagli per i piani di scale, consegnare le chiavi e dare alcune informazioni.

Appartamento carino, buona la posizione a 10 min dal centro, molto silenzioso

Potrebbe essere un po' più fornito, mancava di una pentola per la pasta, tovagliette, non c è il bidet, niente da mangiare per colazione, caffè fette biscottate, abbiamo comprato tutto, diciamo mancano quelle piccolezze che forse per noi italiani fanno la differenza, ma a parte questo è un appartamento discreto

The apartment was not clean, towels availability was minimal, no flour mat in a shower, shower head could not be held overhead, dusty closets, no teaspoons, uncomfortable bed, hard to open key box, and misrepresented availability of parking. No air conditioner in the bedroom. The host never even show an interest in how was our stay experience.

Nice apartment in the centre of split, very clean and well maintained, quiet and discreet neighbourhood, easy to find a parking space if come with a car, super market is near the apartment, the check in was FLEXIBLE, very responsive host, 100% recommended

Close to the old town, comfort,fast internet

It was very difficult to find a free parking spot

Very well equipped, quite large apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped. Access was easy, luckily the free parking was not full.

On the downside, the air conditioning is installed in the wrong place. It faces the living room, so the bathroom and bedroom are very difficult to cool or heat. It should have been installed on the opposite wall. We were in winter. As there is no heating other than the air conditioning we were a bit cold in the bedroom.
