ITSpace, cleanliness, AC needed in Parma from late spring until early autumn. The house is really spacious.
The induction cooktop was not working, fortunately there are plenty of very good restaurants. That is one of the few must in an Airbnb in our opinion.
MXIt has all the services and is clean
DEProperty exactly as pictured, very nice location, overall we had a good time despite minor issues. The property manager responded very quickly and tried to help when he could. They have air conditioning in every room, in summer it must be nice. We were a bit concerned that we had to enter our details online and pay the tourist tax before seeing the property, but everything was okay in the end, I guess those are just the rules in Italy. Overall I would recommend the apartment for 3-4 people, for us as a couple it was nice but very large :)
The refrigerator was not functioning during our stay, but we didn’t need it, so it was okay. Coffee capsules and laundry detergent were provided for a few days, but no dishwasher pads. The manager said that they never provide pads, so we had to buy them. No duvet covers, the bed was covered by a sheet and a duvet without cover. Temperature had to be 20 degrees in winter (house rules), for us it was cold.
