*Welcome book providing key information making the introduction to the house very easy. Excellent communication with host. Great kitchen and living space. The duvets were think and cosy providing an instant hug when getting into bed.

Access - steps are steep entering the property and the stairs to upper floor are also quite steep. This was a factor for our particular use and enjoyment.

Good modern decor. Clean.

Double bedroom was small and bed was uncomfortable Although heating set at 20 degrees, the house especially the upstaires felt cold. Didn't sleep well because of the cold. Drive was difficult to get into especially as next doors rubbish bins seemed to be constantly in our way.

Good location for us as it was close to family. House was very well appointed and comfortable. Comfy beds. Netfflix etc could be accessed via the TV
