Another guest in unit C attempted to wrench open my door in unit D at 10:30 at night. Was terrified thought the place was being broken into, didn’t receive any compensation from hosts. Signage for each unit poor.

USThis is the perfect place for a solo traveler visiting Phoenix, and beats the local hotel prices by a significant amount. If you're out on the town and just need a place to sleep/shower, this is the spot for you.
The location is a little rough, but it is close to downtown. That's an issue with Phoenix itself, and not the property. Ubers are incredibly cheap so late night walks can (and should) be avoided.

CAVery hard to find at night.Need more visible address at night. It is located in an industrial area. Saw a drug deal go down next door.
