Luxurious 2 Bedroom Apartment in City Centre

Great location. Many cafes & restaurants nearby. Kitchen was kitted with basic dishware. Space in living room was good. Bedding was good and beds were comfortable. This could be a good accommodation if some basic issues were fixed.

There are 2 bedrooms in this flat -the back room is nice and quiet. The front bedroom has a window into the alley across from a busy pub where patrons stand outside drinking and partying well into the night. The noise comes straight into the front bedroom. The heating in the flat was all or nothing. We contacted customer service (who were excellent) when the heaters weren't working. . They helped us restart the boiler. Once the boiler was on again, the heaters went on full blast regardless of the temperature on the thermostat. To keep a comfortable temperature, we eventually turned the boiler off again. We were unable to get the shower temperature to a useable temperature in the bathroom joining the back bedroom -it was boiling hot with no cold water to mix in. The bathroom joining the front bedroom was fine. Perhaps once the boiler issue is fixed, the flat will provide a better experience.

Exactly as advertised … very comfortable & clean Perfectly located for town, Motorpoint Arena, car parking (across road) and trams.

Bedroom TV not working. Despite reporting within 24hrs of arriving it wasn’t sorted within our 5-day stay. En-suite shower in large bedroom. Thermostatic valve seemed not to be working. Too hot to use. Used underwear & socks found in one of bedroom bedside cabinet draws.

The place is very spacious and well equipped. The location is very central and it is very easy to get there from the train station. The keys to the apartment were in a box with a code, which was communicated to me in advance. The house was clean and the amenities were more than sufficient for our stay.

First the address mentioned in booking is not the right one. The building is slightly around the corner at least to the address communicated to me. As I had already watched the video on checking in, I was aware which building and door to enter. On our first day, we had a few issues with the house, which took more than 24 hours to be resolved: - Insufficient heating - Toiletries absent

Great location, NCP across the road

The location was brilliant. The apartment was spacious and clean. Beds were pretty comfy and kitchen was decent barring the few things below.

The kitchen needed the following: a sieve, a tea towel, an oven dish and a first aid kit.

lockbox for keys was really difficult to open, the drain of one of the showers was blocked, beds are incredibly hard, wasn’t completely clean (found a used plaster in the corner of a bedroom), hand soap only in 1 of 3 toilets, was told there was a washer/dryer and there was only a washer, coffee machine and pods provided but the only mugs in the apartment are too large to use on the machine (not something i cared about, but a silly oversight), lots of the plates were chipped. also wasn’t aware until getting there that the apartment was up 4 sets of very steep stairs with no lift which was not ideal in a group with a heavy suitcase and a person with mobility issues
