Gospodarze w ramach zabezpieczenia kaucji żądają podania numeru karty kredytowej, daty ważności i kodu cvc. To dla mnie nieakceptowalne. Proponowalem depozyt w gotówce, odmowiono.

The apartment was easily accessible by train, less than a 10-minute walk from the station. We were also within 10 minutes walking distance of the old town. Everything we needed was within easy reach. The accommodation itself was tidy and clean.

- Unfortunately, the walls of the apartment simply felt paper thin towards the other apartment next door. From the moment that they had guests in the apartment next door, the noise in both the ground floor and the ground floor bedrooms at night was simply unbearable, as every word they said and every movement of the chairs could be heard with such intensity that it was as if they were in the same room as us. We as a family would have preferred to relax, while they were obviously young and just having a good time. - I found the communication about the selective collection of rubbish a bit unpleasant, perhaps better English could be improved by the host. For a rental of 6 people, we would not have minded if there had been an extra bin bag for each bin on top of the first portion, and not just 2 dishwashing tablets for 5 rental days for that many people. - In addition to the total rental fee paid in advance, we had to provide our bank card details on the spot, which they wanted to block for 150 euros. This was a surprise to us and could have been communicated more clearly by the host in advance, but we actually found on the Booking site that there was such a thing in the extra descriptions, so we could have seen it in advance.
