Fine and central to get about.

When arrived at property looked like a work site outside never got told any this . On first day there toilet wasn’t flushing and shower leaked all over floor .

The apartment is well situated. It is clean and well equipped with a partial sea view. Pool area is nice with plenty loungers and umbrellas. Host is nice and communication good via WhatsApp. Very handy for the bus station and only a few minutes from the beach.

There is major building maintenance work in progress which the host did not mention. Very noisy hammering and drilling all day 9am - 4pm with exposed cables and pipes. Work started in March and clearly has some way to go. Bed was very firm which may not suit everyone. Lots of TV channels but few English speaking. The host is lovely but speaks no English and communicates via a translation App.

Thank you for a good holiday. I had a lot of fun during my stay in the apartments. And I want to express my gratitude to Anna Maria for everything!!! Clean, cozy and beautiful!!! We received heavenly pleasure.

Communication with owner was easy via whatsapp. We stayed there four nights with our 5 year old son. Everything was great and host was so nice and polite. Location is great and so peaceful in the evening. Literally 5 mins to bus station and 10 mins to the beach. Pool area was clean and easy accessible. Owner left us a nice welcome gift in the fridge which was so kind. Flat had iron, hair dryer, washing machine, oven, coffee machine and toaster. Great stay and we wish to come back next year!

The only criticism I may have it’s that we were lacking space to put our stuff on. The were just not enough place. An extra small table or drawer would be great. Also cups for drinks are too small. Few more big mugs for a big cup of the tea would be great.

Very good location. Apartment very clean, owner friendly and helpful. Good panoramic view of the sea.

The water of the pool was very cold.

The host Anna-Maria is fantastic. She explained how to get to the property, welcomed me and personally handed me the keys. She helped with all the questions I asked. The property is in good condition, clean and tidy. Guests have access to a private balcony and a swimming pool. Great location, 10-15 minutes walk to anywhere; beach, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. I would highly recommended.

The ocean view from the balcony could be better and the toilet a little bigger, but for the price it's a great value.

It had everything we needed, including towels for the swimming pool, and it was close to Costa Adeje Bus Station.

Building work is taking place in the apartment block and it was noisy during the day time on weekdays but we couldn’t hear it at the swimming pool.

The host was lovely and accommodating. The location was absolutely perfect, so close to everything. Carparking on site. And lift access. Has a balcony which is lovely to sit out with an awning for the arvo sun. The apartment was very clean.

Bed very uncomfortable, too hard. Apartment is quite hot, there was a small fan which helped and we kept the balcony door open to allow for air flow. Unfortunately the balcony furniture is not comfortable and needs replacing a bit rocky. Bathroom although small there is enough room, however, the shower leaks and water pools just in front of the toilet area so floor mat gets soaked. Could use extra towels not just two.

Excellent host, spoke with me several days before arrival asking for our flight information so they could meet us at the property when we arrived. Gave us a full tour of the property and let us know about where to access everything. Very nice apartment, perfect for couples. Quiet poolside area with good sized pool. Short walks into Veronica’s if you fancy the party scene or a €5 taxi in adeje or americas for excellent cocktails and food. 100% would recommend and would use again if travelling back to Tenerife.
