New boutique 3 bedroom apartment in Hamilton

Good size rooms, plenty of space for four adults and a child.

Broken slats on one of beds, however you could still sleep on the bed. Also some minor points like, maintenance needed eg new sealant around bath and a board missing on a cabinet in the kitchen.

The flat is very spacious and was nicely decorated. It is very close to a local Co-op and right next to a bus stop for getting into Hamilton Central. The amenities we needed were included.

The door was the main problem, as mentioned by many others. It often took several attempts, sometimes more than five, to actually lock the door. The door was very temperamental and sometimes just wouldn’t lock without great strength. The beds were very uncomfortable, even with the mattress toppers. In general, the bathroom seemed quite neglected. There was mould which had clearly been painted over, but was growing back. The shower fixture was broken and held together with two cable ties. The shower itself was lukewarm and often fluctuated between tepid and cold. The water pressure would also often fluctuate, it is not a powerful shower at all. The top drawer in the main bedroom is broken, as mentioned by another reviewer. The entire chest of drawers is very haphazard. The iron is broken, there is no lid meaning that the water leaks out when you try and iron. The floorboards are super creaky, so you have to tiptoe around the flat. The grouting desperately needs to be redone! The property is quite far away if you’re intending on travelling into Glasgow Central everyday.

Nice and clean and good facilities

The apartment was spacious. Comfy beds and tea and coffee in kitchen.

We were unable to lock the front door to the apartment all week and couldn't lock it when we left. I'm not sure what's wrong with it but we tried numerous times. There were a few bits that we found that might want fixing too. The double bed in the smaller room has broken slats at the end, the toilet button kept popping out, the toaster doesn't have a handle, the rug in the big bedroom almost tripped us up a few times (we couldn't get it flat) and the top drawer in the chest of drawers is broken. Apart from that we had a lovely stay and the flat was very comfortable. Thanks 😊

Everything couldn't fault it

Lot of space for dive people Location quite convenient and only 23 minutes from Glasgow city centre by car or train

The flat was clean, tidy, and newly decorated with convenient parking place.

Although the flat looks new, the refurbishment was not properly done especially in the bathroom. The sealing around the bath rub is already worn down which I can see the water leaking through. The shower head holder was broken already when we arrived, making height adjustment difficult. Another thing is the toilet tank takes a long time to refill water. This is a problem in the morning when 6 people relied on only one bathroom.

The property was very clean and decorated well throughout. The three bedrooms were large and very roomy so great for suitcases and shopping bags. Room to hang up clothes provided. Towels and toilet roll provided.
