The house is right in the North Lanes a short distance from the station so an absolutely perfect place to meet up with friends. I booked it for my 50th birthday and i couldn’t be happier with my choice! The space is fantastic for a meet up with friends, there’s plenty of space and some fun party lights and music system that you can hear in the bathrooms! Well stocked kitchen, good showers and comfy beds! Mark was really helpful and it was easy to find and easy to access!

Not necessarily a thing I didn’t like but the shower was dripping through the kitchen ceiling so might need fixing!

Comfortable and cosy. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Good sized kitchen. Old property but tastefully modernised.

The flat was great, and 4 bedroom flats hard to come by in Brighton. All impeccably clean, clear instructions, and a great location within a minute or so of Brighton Station, and a lovely walk to the front through the North Lanes. Great to have a small balcony to sit on too, and although no parking, Trafalgar Street car park could not be closer. Absolutely would stay again.

The double beds are actually zip lock singles, and come apart a bit for some. Sleep one side or other and they are fine: in the middle not perfect. But that is genuinely the only issue worth mentioning.
