Location, clean, bright, nice neighborhood.
No local information of recommended places to eat and shop. No information on how to get rid of refuse. No dryer for clothes. A small appliance needs to be replaced. Some cookware should be replaced as well.

Apartamento espaçoso e bem equipado para estadias longas e para cozinhar, camas confortáveis, ótimo espaço nos armários. O ar condicionado atende bem todo o apartamento, especialmente no verão. Bairro muito tranquilo, ótimo para relaxar.
Limpeza deixou a desejar, havia poeira inclusive dentro dos armários. Limpeza contratada durante a estadia não valeu o preço, também deixou a desejar. Tivemos um problema com o padrão de energia do apartamento, e a comunicação para resolvermos o problema foi um pouco difícil.

The apartment is cuter in person than it is in the photos! It is very comfortable and functional. The kitchen had every utensil I needed to cook meals for an entire month's stay. The bedroom was very dark and quiet, and I had some of the best sleep since moving to Italy. I think I liked this property more than my own apartment sometimes!
I wouldn't change a thing about this apartment. It is very well furnished with lots of space, and it is equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and easy month's stay.
