Appartement très propre, il y a tout ce qu il faut, personne sérieuse merci beaucoup Nawel et Majida, ont reviendra avec plaisir.

L’apparment était propre, bien agencé mais très mal placé.

I recently stayed at this property in Morocco and had an extremely disappointing experience. Hidden Charges: We were charged an extortionate price, with an additional €26 for one night labeled as cleaning charges. This fee was not clearly disclosed and only appeared after we paid. Rude Host: Due to delays at the airport and with car rentals, we arrived at 1800 instead of our ETA of 1500. The host was rude and continually harassed us by phone during our journey. City Tax Issues: Upon arrival, the concierge refused to give us the keys unless we paid the city taxes of €2 upfront, which is usually paid at check-out. This caused an inconvenience as we had to find change immediately. Parking Issues: The listing mentioned parking, but the concierge initially told us to park on the street. Only after we insisted was the garage parking fob provided. Subpar Property Quality: The property was below average in quality. The bathroom had rusty shelves, the bedroom had unsafe, hanging plugs, and the mattress was uncomfortable with old, bouncy springs. It was unbearably hot without air conditioning, and opening the windows led to excessive noise from the street. Check-Out Hassle: The host, who was in France, continued to badger us about the keys as we were about to check out, despite us coordinating with the concierge. Overall, this was a horrible experience from start to finish. The hidden charges and poor property quality made our stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

It is a comfy appartement located in building with the lift. We felt safe there, as there is a camera coverage of the entry, elektronic entrance chip and massive stainless barrs at the main door. In the house itself is cafe bar, boulangerie just beside, and plenty of local stores and food spots including the exchange office. For us conveniently located close to the airport. In the appartement is the standart equipment, we would prefer to have a bit more plates, glases, cups etc... but in was ok. The only little issue was the clogged drainage in the shower, i managed to simply fix it in the morning. The host is freindly and accurate, he waited for us at the entrance upon the time we have agreed.
