Fully equipped Studio with pool in Grand Bay

Une fuite d'eau j'ai dû éponger de l'eau... après le propriétaire s'est proposé de m'envoyer quelqu'un mais comme il restait un jour je me suis débrouillé Sur le balcon on entend les aboiements des chiens voisins après ça ne m'a pas empêché de dormir

The apartment was very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. We appreciated the salt, pepper, oil and cleaning products. There are towels and soap in the bathroom. The bed was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning works great. It was very pleasant to sit on the nice balcony. The pool was clean and you can meet nice neighbors from it. a large shopping center is a 10-minute walk. The beach is 5 minute walk.

The apartment is harder to find on the map. Google maps shows the wrong route and the taxi driver had trouble finding the place. The driver called the owner and he gave him perfect advice.

I enjoyed the experience of staying in this apartment. It had all the mod cons necessary for someone who was renting temporarily or long term. The layout was ideal for me and suited my needs. I liked access to the balcony and being able to people watch and enjoy the lovely weather when I was trying to unwind at night or having my coffee in the morning. Always lovely to have the use of a washing machine and access to an iron. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I liked the amount of pillows which was available. I could literally move in permanently if I was living in Mauritius (for a discount hehe). I loved the security of the apartment and that the "neighbours" were pleasant and always cordial when they met us. Like the fact that there was a pool and being able to relax around it on the few days where it did not rain.

Was difficult to find the property initially because of the one way signs that did not allow you to go on the road leading to the apartment. However, once it was found, all was well. It was difficult climbing the stairs to the top floor apartment with heavy suitcases. One major criticism is that the curtain covering the front door needs to have a longer pole to ensure that the apartment cannot be looked into by someone outside. The water and electricity went off and it would be very important to let the renter know that this may occur, as I was unsure what was happening. Also a small manual on how to use the cooker would have been ideal because people use different goods all over the world.
