"Lovey apartment for long or short stay with responsive host."

Ante, the host was very nice to deal with. Responsive and on time when we checked in. The apartment is accessible via a lift and is very spacious and private with a 180* outdoor patio on the 6 th floor. Beds were comfortable, and the unit had a lot of storage spaces. Showers were wonderful with ample hot water and great pressure. Wonderful secure indoor parking. Views of the sea from the deck. Grocery stores are a short drive away. Old town is an inexpensive Uber ride away.

Heating/cooling unit was temperamental and washing machine was not working correctly. Soap was provided which was great but machine did not drain, so clothes had to be wrung out by hand. A drying rack is provided.

Property is really comfortable.

Everything was really good but for the day we were to leave. Cleaning lady was there in front of the door 20 minutes before we were to check out. Very rude and upset as we were taking our belongings out. This made our otherwise lovely stay in Split rather unpleasant.

"Nice stay with 3 bedrooms, perfect for Friends or family with parking"

Very friendly host. Air conditioner in every room. The best for people with car. We were walking to the beach, about 25-30 minutes, which was ok for us, to move during vocations. But with small children without car, it would be difficult. Apartment is nice. Everything is ok

Hihgway noisy is the only disadvantage.

"Excellent location and space"

Very spacious and clean. It was close to two shopping malls and Lidl so that was very convenient. Not too far from the strip and Uber was very cheap!
