Cozy TriG Place near BGC at Grace Residence

Location was good, owner very friendly and replies fast, security was really good, felt safe.

Door key pad, takes forever to open or sometimes does not open.

Outstanding condo extraordinary kitchen well equipped, the worktop is a huge beautiful comfortable bed, Netflix YouTube television, a balcony beautiful view of Garden; The host is extremely very professional and helps a lot. Communication excellent. I recommend and come back here for sure .

There were some cockroaches around the house, other than that everything was good.

Easy to collect guest pass and keys on arrival, apartment was cute with lots of things crammed in. From what I remember the wifi was ok too. We had good access to the airport.

When collecting the keys we had to surrender both our passports which I felt was unnecessary- most places just take one or photocopy them. It was a bit of a worry to us as we were checking out early for the airport and afraid we would forget them. I also tried to use the swimming pool but was told by security I couldn't because I had to register and pay something maybe but the desk was closed. On reflection, I think all I had to do was show him the 'guest pass' we had been given and maybe he would have let me swim. Just something to be aware of- to show the guest pass if asked about using the swimming pool.

Communication with the host was excellent. The apartment itself was set up different than most we have stayed in but was still comfortable. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The kitchen had all the necessary items for us to prepare meals. The small mall next to the apartment had essentials but the larger mall was just a short grab ride away.

The seat and lid on the toilet need to be fixed. A minor problem but when standing to urinate it is necessary to hold the lid and seat open with one hand as they do not stay open on their own. Also, it would be nice for guests staying for almost a week to have extra bath towels to use. Two bath towels is not sufficient for longer stays.

just need to turn down the AC; it was set at 17C and it was not cooling the place for me. It should be able to lower the room temperature for comfort. The building was scorching hot, and once you left the room for a meeting before I could get to the lobby, I was wet from the heat. I think the entire building should have an exterminator come once a week. The building is very nice, I must say, and it should be taken care of much better than it is being done. Also, the guards at the front desk need to relax. I had trouble with them each time my guest came to visit. It was like getting a shakedown.
