The Sanawar Heights I Kasauli I New Property

Every room has a balcony although small but that's a good point. Cleaning is good. Location is good as hotel is at good height and nice view. Open restaurant is good and has nice hill view. NO bar and serving of liquor.

only few indoor games are available due to space constraints.

The property being new, it shone. The wall hangings in the room are unusual, different from what I have seen in other hotels and beautiful. The staff is very good, sincere, and efficient. The food is also good. The view from the room is good, if you look up or straight.

The room that I was allotted in, hadn't been cleaned before. The bed linen and the floor was dirty. There was no hand wash in the toilet. There's no fridge, no mini bar in the room. The last order one can give is at 10.30 pm, so, there's nothing to handle the odd hour hunger pangs. The restaurant is on the second floor, no lift. Houseflies are an issue.

Prperty is new and elegant .Staff is very politeand cooperative.Food is excellent only there is no enough plane space to moove no activities solar system to provide hot water was not working though staff provided us a hot water bucket. Good for room stay .

Food quality

We stayed two nights. Had a very pleasant stay. Rooms are good size and clean. Staff are really friendly especially Aman at the reception helped us by booking our train tickets. Breakfast buffet is not extensive but freshly made so was good.

Bed mattress was too soft.
