Mystic Hill Crest Luxurious 2 BHK Apartments

It was a beautiful apartment with nice interiors and view

1) The electricity went off twice during our stay and both the times, inverter wasn’t working. We had to restart it. One of the instances was at 7am. 2) Toiletries were not provided 4) windows and doors were making a lot of noise, may be they need oiling 5) Bedding was not weather appropriate. We were given only heavy blankets and no sheets, which was uncomfortable as there were no air conditioners There were many other minor problems. Making it not value for money

The property is really beautiful, and has the most beautiful views of Kasauli in all the rooms! The apartment is as is in the pictures. The host was helpful through our stay.

Towels weren’t clean, and the food service was slow and multiple mistakes were made with the orders through our stay. Having said that, the staff was friendly and fixed any errors soon.
