"Good location but poor facilities."

Good location

Room wasn’t cleaned and ready for full use until 5:30 pm. There was a homeless man allowed to sleep in the lobby. The room was low quality and cold (i.e., heating system and insulation subpar).

5th floor no lift...this apartment is not suitable for anyone with lung or mobility issues

"CLOSE TO EVERYTHING"

I like the location very close to gran via, plaza mayor and a lot of stores and restaurants ..

The apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator so if you have a condition going up the stairs will be hard
