We liked the owner who solved our problems very quickly..he provided an upgrade to a far superior property...

The original room booked had limited natural lighting and no direct view. There was a shared kitchen with a balcony and view of the hills. It was not what I had expected.. On our first morning we woke up to no hotwater. There was no wifi at the original booked accomodation Also as visitors we were planning to spend 2.5 days exploring Palermo travelling by train to the city...the rail station was very difficult to find using Google and was over 5kms from the accomodation.
