Apt 1 prime central Location close cathedral

Fabulous location by the River Wensum and central for everything Norwich has to offer. The apartment was clean and comfortable and much better than staying in a hotel room for a week, especially with kitchen facilities. Car park was secure and great value.

Nothing! I'd happily stay again.

Flat was clean and good location for city centre.

Bedroom is small and the wall to the next flat is pretty thin. There was loud music playing during the day when we arrived. Thankfully they had left by the evening.

Great location and clear instructions

Mattress & pillow were exceptionally soft. Despite this being a personal preference, we wished the same quality mattress as Apt7 was offered across the different of units.

Clean, well presented and private

Great location and quiet. Contact for access instructions easy to follow. Bonus was parking place.

Not really a dislike just bed softer than I’m used too. Wouldn’t put me off staying again.

Very well-located for the attractions of central Norwich; exactly as described; good value for money - but other circumstances (see below) have to be considered.

We stayed for three nights over a June weekend. On the Friday we were kept awake until 4.30 am by loud music in the vicinity and by shouted exchanges between people on an upper floor of the building and someone in the street. They discussed where to buy certain drugs.We later learnt that drug dealing takes place nearby. On the Saturday, guests in the next apartment talked and laughed loudly until 1.00 in the morning. The walls are very thin. They were offensive when asked to moderate the noise but did eventually do so. If you don’t mind noise, or if you like the prospect of confrontation, maybe a weekend booking would work - as for us, we won't risk it again. I did report our bad experience to the owner (or manager): unfortunately, no response so far. Finally, there's only heavy bedding, unsuitable for the summer. A simple sheet could be provided as an alternative option.
