I liked nothing except for hot water.

Very pathetic and rude behaviour by hotel receptionist. Charging 500 per room extra for early check-in just for an hour before, tv remotes and ac remotes are not working could even buy cells for the remote. Even after the payment they made us wait and argued.

The staff will not accept if we book the property through 3rd party apps such as booking.com, OYO, Agoda etc…The incharge person will ask us to pay more so that they can provide room. They will not accept if we pre book, they will ask us to cancel the booking as they are not ready to give the room for that price. They will ask us to pay more to provide room. For drinking water bottle also they will charge 10rs extra, it’s not resort or homestay it’s just a lodging. For 1 ltr water botle the price is 30rs. The staff are making good money.

- when we were booking the hotel, there was no mention anywhere that it's part of oyo. Even the confirmation mail didn't have this. If you are part of oyo, it's your responsibility to make it clear during booking. - the room was pathetic, not cleaned properly - the staff were rude, the lady at the reception was super rude. No sense of how to speak to customers. - even after mentioning multiple times to charge my credit card given on the portal, they didn't do it. They didn't even bother to raise the request and said to my sister that it's not their problem. Never seen such pathetic and lazy staff ever before. - bathroom had no soap, had a really dirty towel. Even the smallest of hotels provide these amenities. So disappointing.

Bed was so comfortable and clean bed sheet on it, pillow was also very soft and fluffy. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was appreciable. The common areas were regularly cleaned and maintained

Room was neat and clean. Great staff. Very friendly service at the desk.

A wonderful stay overall with this hotel. Friendly staff,Room was good and service of staff was too kind and helpful. Loved the free Wi-Fi.
