Aircon would be a great addition however there are ceiling fans and other stand alone fans available.

Maybe, that we couldn't get TV1 or 3 news but that was probably more our problem not the venues.

NZThe top floor of the two story house was amazing. Fantastic views of the sea and hills. TV Needs replacing as very old and not able to view easily. Very clean and everything you need is supplied. Kitchen has everything you might need. Fabulous outdoor area with wrap around views. Very close to Hatfields beach.
TV was not working well as was chrome cast and kept turning itself off. Would be good to know that this is the top story of a 2 story house so not the whole house. Fireplace in lounge looks into master bedroom, no problem for us but might be for others.
