Dream Getaway Modern 9-Bedroom Vacation Home

The location was excellent to stores and restaurants. The house very tidy enough towels available for everyone, comfortable beds.

The fridge didn’t properly keep items cold or frozen in the freezer. The roaches in the kitchen were unpleasant especially when cooking.

The property is a nice property in a great location. Very roomy and spacious.

Upon arrive we discovered a roach infestation behind the refrigerator (the roaches egg nest was inside the water filter of the refrigerator), inside the refrigerator, behind the stove, and throughout the kitchen. The roaches were in every bathroom. We personally had to bleach the entire kitchen ourselves including buy Ortho bug spray to kill the roaches. We felt uncomfortable placing our food in the refrigerator because the roaches were going inside the refrigerator. We also had to clean all the dead roaches. The property people could not get a maintenance person in on Friday to do this. The maintenance person came on Saturday morning but we had already killed majority of the roaches and bleached and sprayed all the bathrooms. On Sunday we sprayed again as we did see a few more roaches.

House was well stocked with things a large group would need when making meals on vacation. Owner was very responsive to questions, very good overall experience!

TV downstairs could probably be replaced, and maybe a chair or two. But overall, we've been renting houses for 12 years and this one was the best overall experience..

The house was very spacious. We had a group of 18 and fit comfortably. The pool and hot tub was a nice added bonus for a large group. Heat for the pool took some time to get to temp but was worth the extra. The owner was very prompt and attentive to our communications. A few cold days, we were glad to know the place has heat (we’ve stayed at other places down here that don’t have heat ironically). Very close to stores and restaurants. Easy access to Disney parks. Nice large garage to store additional stuff in. And plenty of common areas to lounge, play games and relax with the family.

The house is definitely worn and could use new furniture. But the value is in the location and size of the home. Don’t set your expectations too high and you will be greatly satisfied as I was. The homeowners association has guidelines that can frustrate you because they aren’t clearly posted anywhere to review (things such as no trailers allowed on site, no overflow parking areas, they put random stickers on your car when you park in the driveway across the walkway, which everyone does but they randomly pick vehicles to tag and threaten to tow your vehicle, who has time for that, we are here for Disney!. I had to get a razor knife to scrape their ridiculous notices off my car rather then them just knocking on the door and explaining the rules), Also, the clubhouse closes way too early and doesn’t allow you to bring a cooler or food. All things considered, this is still worth it because the house is massive.

Good safe gated neighborhood

The property was not cleaned properly, no ac on the top floor when we arrived and we never had pool or spa heat when we paid for it

Nice clean house it was very spacious the amount of kitchen ware we had didn’t have to buy much pool was very clean

Wish we were informed that we had to request for the pool to be heated hot tub jets didn’t work the lawn chairs was broken the screen to the pool was ripped and got worse thru the storm
