可愛的日式民居，門口可停至少兩台車，附近走路五分鐘就有全家便利商店，有完整的廚房設備，浴室有暖氣也有寶寶澡盆，整體非常適合家庭出遊

沒有電梯且樓梯略微陡峭，對長輩來說可能比較辛苦，不過一樓有一個榻榻米房間能睡四人左右，能省去上下行李的麻煩。
