Great Find! Downtown Oasis with Office Setup

Once I got the instructions, it was super easy. The apartment is downstairs and quiet. I slept very well. Nice kitchen as well.

Some of the furniture is a bit dated and the arm rests are quite worn and uncomfortable.

Location was nice

I had expected to be in what the pictures showed…… but we ended up in the basement. They did a great job remodeling it but there were difficult stairs to go down to apartment, no windows, and no dining area. I think they are good hosts but didn’t let me know that the pictures were not what I had rented.

A spacious, clean, comfortable, and well appointed two-bedroom apartment. The full kitchen was appreciated to cook a dinner in after a couple of weeks on the road staying in motel/hotel accommodation. We also appreciated the washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Loved the artistic and homely decor.

Mind your head coming down the stairs to the basement apartment.

Parking not ideal for vehicles bigger than a midsized sedan.

Location was good. Host provided great instructions. Clean and tastefully appointed. Parking was good.

I had no idea this was a basement apartment or I would have chosen something different. Ad should be updated IMO. I want/need to able to see out of windows. There were spiders and the space was a bit dank. Nice, but dank. Someone took the batteries for the television remote but not a huge deal.

The property was clean and easily accessible. staircase to go down to get to the apartment.

The one complaint is that it is not handicap or disable friendly. The property description doesn’t mention that the apartment is multi level with a steep staircase to go down to assess the apartment.

Everything about it was easy: easy to book, easy to communicate, easy to find. Everything explained very well. Furnished well, comfortable. Very, very clean. Great kitchen! Well stocked! We came to visit family and we had everything we needed to come and go, cook, etc. You could stay quite awhile and be comfortable here. Loved the fireplace as well!

We didn’t know it would be in the “basement “. There are window wells, so you still see the sky. There are plenty of excellent lights all over , and the whole apartment is well lit, but we missed bright daylight .
