De ligging, de bedden en de grootte van het appartement

Niet schoon, onderhoud pand slecht, geen lampjes in de fittingen, wasrek viel van ellende uit elkaar. Ondanks drie keer vragen hoe laat we aankwamen was de verhuurder niet aanwezig op afgesproken tijdstip, vervolgens haastige ontvangst en geen reactie op appje met vraag.

Sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt. Alles ist schnell zu erreichen (Supermärkte, Strände, kulturelle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Shops,…).

Das Treppenhaus war eng und die Stufen rutschig und schief/abgelaufen. Nichts ungewöhnliches für einen Altbau, aber ein Hinweis im Vorhinein wäre schön gewesen.
