Luxurious Birmingham City Apt Cosy retreat 1

We stayed for 1 night. For us, a group of 3 friends, this apartment was well located: within walking distance of the city center, and within walking distance of the Aston Villa football stadium. The apartment is located in the basement. It was clean (as long as you don't open the closest), and we had a good night sleep. We didn't use the kitchen. Compared to other options in the city, it offered a reasonable price.

The neighborhood is not that nice. There is a lot of garbage thrown around, broken cars (there is a garage close by), no restaurants nearby. We never felt uncomfortable or unsafe though. Also, an unpleasant surprise was that the toilet paper was missing.

Was perfect for our little group as just needed somewhere to stay the night while we went out. The place had basic facilities aswell. Beds were comfy.

I thought there was a bit more of a living area to sit in but we managed with gathering in one of the bedrooms. Was hard to find as the maps were wrong and the location was a rough area.

The apartment was fine for a quick overnight stop and the combination of beds was perfect for our group.

The key safe was incredibly stiff, ended up calling the manager as thought we must be trying wrong one. Chap was helpful but just told us it was stiff and needed force. The apartment wasn't really luxurious. It's a basement flat. Beds were uncomfortable and bedding ill fitting. Cupboard full of dirty bedding and towels in kitchen. Little things missing like hand towel in bathroom, tea towels and pods for coffee machine.

The location is the best because it was easy for me to access some places within the center

I didn’t think there was anything I didn’t like because the service was top notch

Clean, spacious, warm, smart tv,

Shower water pressure/ temp control annoying but the bathroom was nice and clean so it’s fine

Clean apartment, good location and excellent value for money

Lock box for the key took a while to get into, but once I got in contact with the property owners they helped me out very quickly.
