"BAD EXPERIENCES"

One of the bad experiences my family and I had staying here... The accommodation was okay... But we were very disappointed with the owner's preparation, as they somehow forgot our booking. My family and I traveled a long way from Kedah to Cyberjaya, arriving at 10 PM. In the morning, I already text WhatsApp the owner, but there was no reply. When I called, it went to voicemail. I just wanted to ask about the check-in procedure. By the time it was almost 10 PM, my calls were still unanswered. Only after I WhatsApp text and ask again, stating that I had booked their apartment, did the owner finally reply. Not a very professional or friendly service. I went to the apartment's mailbox to collect the access key, only to be shocked that the key wasn't there. We suspected that the owner had completely forgotten about our booking. We had to wait almost two hours before the owner's representative arrived to clean the house. Finally, we were able to check in at 12 midnight😪. It was so exhausting. We couldn't even be bothered to get angry anymore.Really frust & spoiled There was no need to make up a story about someone else booking for a different date and then randomly walking in to take the access key to check the apartment. And then, when my family and I arrived, you could just tell people to leave the house? That story doesn't make sense. It would have been better to just admit that you forgot there was a guest who had booked your apartment and simply apologize. Guests would be more understanding if you were honest and said sorry. Please be professional next time. It's not that hard to be truthful, apologize, and say thank you.
