AC Hotel National Harbor Washington, DC Area

Location was great, the bed was comfortable

First, we were given a room that looked clean and comfortable, but the TV was not working. I tried to call the front desk but the phone was not working either. I had to go to the lobby and was told that maybe the phone cable was not well connected, but we had already done that and the phone was beeping. I was offered for someone to go to my room and take a look at the TV, but I declined, I just didn't feel comfortable because we were trying to get ready to go to a concert. The person at the front desk kindly offered another room (their last available room) and offered free breakfast for the inconvenience, I accepted because we still had some time to move our things from one floor to another. The new room looked a little dirty, starting with the floors, the mirrors were not clean, the sink and sink counter had some hair, the toilet seat had a yellow drop. I tried calling the front desk for us to get back to our previous room, but the phone in this room was not working either!! It did not even beep when we wiggled the cable! I tried to see if our key would still get us back to our previous room but unfortunately it did not work anymore. At this point my husband was furious and we had no time to go to the front desk because we needed to get ready. I had to clean what I can with my hand sanitizer.

We had several incidences and marriott has yet to resolve. Save your grief and book anywhere else
