Great location, very accessible, secure floors only accessible with a room key, easy access to parking garage

The advertised breakfast was an extra cost, comparable to a restaurant but was only continental. Specially requested a river view room for an occasion. Not only was I not informed that room was not available, the room I did get was over the roof, staring at hvac units and was easily seen info from other rooms due to hotel configuration. The staff was relatively unfriendly. The shower is SUPER small.

I love the bed was so comfortable. The pillows and the mattress were luxurious. My room view was amazing facing American Way. I was able to sit out on the balcony and view the beach and Potamac River. The staff was amazing, courteous and professional...I would definitely return to this hotel.

I read that breakfast was included but still charged me. Paid for my room online but still had to pay an unexpected fee for the room that should have already included in first transaction. Paid parking when it should be free parking for attendees at the establishment.

clean, good blind system to prevent sunlight from creeping into the room in the morning. convenient to National Harbor activities.

Room - booked king bed room, their overbooking of rooms practice did not allow us to get a room with a king bed available, and nothing to compensate for a room of that nature not being available was offered. I was told by the staff of their overbooking practice. :-( I guess a common practice of properties. For example, they still charged $25.00 to park in a garage adjacent to the property would have been a nice compensation for not having a room I requested available. Oh well, I guess I can only hope and I am not "worrying" about booking a room there again if needed. Breakfast - free coffee for customers staying, I guess I am out of date, they chareged almost 3 dollars for a cup of coffee while almost all other hotels of their nature offer free coffee, advertised view of the waterfront (Potomac River), you best ask for it or you get a view of other buildings. But given their busy nature I doubt one would have been available if I even asked. They made it seem that I was lucky to get a room even though I booke days in advance. LoL
