Large rooms, elevator in the apartment

Unprofessional host: checkin 1h later as booked, checkout 1h earlier. Accusatory on phone. Warm water turned off (20min to figure it out ourselves). You’re just a number to get money, no hospitality. Never again, lots of nicer places and hosts.

We were coming late to Bari on a train so we were looking for somewhere near the station. This is a perfect place to stay as we do not want to be walking at 12 midnight with 2 young kids. Our stay comes with breakfast vouchers for four of us and we thought that was nice. The apartment was spacious. Air-conditioning was not as strong as we would like it to be, but having said that,we are talking about the hottest month August, so maybe that has an effect to the air conditioning of the room. Toilet is spacious. Overall,we are satisfied with our stay. Thanks Sebastiano.

The sheets and towels could be upgraded but it was fine too.

Central location and secure premises. Very spacious and clean. Includes washing machine. Breakfast is included. Small balcony.

There is no guard in the bathroom sink and limited space to place toiletries on the sink. The air conditioner would automatically turn off which was difficult in the heat and woke us from our sleep. Breakfast is included which is nice but note this consists of a coffee, juice and a croissant.

Not a good experience. Noone to meet us, sat on the street for an hour waiting, v uncomfortable sofabed, noisy, unpleasant
