Perfect location opposite the downs and a short walk to the beach. Great to have access to the outside from the french doors

Fabulous location with Lusty Glaze beach only a short walk from the flat. Ideal place for us to stay with our dog particularly with the dog friendly beaches being so close. The green space across the road means the lack of a garden isn’t really a problem. The biscuits on arrival (for both us & our dog) were a lovely touch. The flat was spotless, & blankets & towels were provided for the dog. Kitchen was very well equipped with utensils & there is a washing machine & dishwasher. Instructions to check in were spot on.

Minor points; there could be more plates & mugs (so there are sufficient to load a dishwasher). The bathroom fan doesn’t work so there is a slight damp smell at times. A bench on the patio would be nice (not sure if this is allowed with the flats being communal).

Great property, had some basics ie dishwasher tablets, condiments and useful equipment.
