Flat was lovely and clean. Very comfortable and cosy. We took our 2 dogs and there were plenty of blankets for them to use and dogs bowls etc. The sliding patio doors were perfect for taking the dogs out too. Bed was comfortable, Netflix available , and bathroom was spotless. Location was perfect,

The location of the property is ideal. There is a bus stop right outside so if you want to leave your car during your stay, it is really easy to get around. Its an easy walk into town but there are local shops nearby.

Only a very small complaint but the sofa was quite small and not that comfortable to sit on together!

The area wasn’t too small and was decently valued for the price. All facilities were covered including cleaning products for the bathroom and kitchen. The area itself was perfectly located and convenient.

Perfect location, especially for someone with dogs - huge green area to walk the dogs opposite the apartment. Careful thought has gone into equipping and tastefully furnishing the apartment - it had everything you could want, including dog eating mat, drinking bowl and pooh bags! A welcome pack included a pack of dog biscuits as well as a box of Cornish Farings (yum!), tea, coffee, sugar and milk. We sleep with a sheet and light duvet - the duvet was too warm, but in the cupboard was a sheet and lighter cover..... everything has been carefully considered. The apartment is a good size, more than adequate for two people and appears to have been recently refurbished, so everything is new and clean. It was beautifully clean - you couldn't falter it on anything. Good size parking bay, not a skinny one difficult to get a car into. Communications with Cheryl were simple, quick and easy, you knew she would be there if there were any issues. Will hopefully be visiting again soon!

The apartment is in the front of the block, so does have some road noise, but not too bad. Unfortunately the tenants above tend to stomp around, but again nothing you can't cope with and something which is almost impossible for the owner to resolve.
