La Mirada , appartamento con magnifica vista

Posizione eccezionale sui bastioni di Alghero. Vista mozzafiato dalla camera da letto, sembra di dormire in barca con il rumore del mare. Cucina attrezzatissima e molto comoda.

La ubicación es excelente, pero son dos pisos por escalera, lo que puede dificultar bastante a la hora de llevar maletas, para llegar al edificio, también hay que subir unas escaleritas. El colchón que está integrado a la cocina. Es bastante incómodo porque se sienten los resortes

Best apartment we stayed in Italy. The view is stunning! Very clean, well equipped, very good for long stays. The location is perfect, in the heart of Old Town Alghero, near various shops and restaurants. Ac worked great, laundry, kitchenette.

There are restrictions driving within the zone, limited to 2 specific times. So if you are traveling with big luggage, specially in the summer, the walk from the public parking to the apartment is very long and exhausting under summer heat. Host failed to provide any information about the best walking route from public parking, we used maps which led us through a rocky road. It was very difficult with our bags.

Comfortable, brand new and exceptionally located apartment. It is located above restaurants but, due to the good insulation, we did not hear any noise. There is abundant free parking within a 10 minute walk, but you will need a car only for out of town excursion, because the apartment is in the middle of everything. And, of course, the icing in the cake: the view will never disappoint you.

The bathroom stank of swage for the entire stay and we had to keep the bathroom door closed and run the fan before using it. Vincenzo, the host, is effective but not proactive and may occasionally have a little bit of an attitude.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vincenzo’s apartment. It’s very nicely renovated and right in the old town with a fabulous view. Highly recommend!
