Angel House -your private pet friendly haven

It is a decent place, a nice, clean, and quiet location away from the hustle and bustle. Green surroundings and well-maintained lawn. The villa is nice for people who want to escape to nature and also be close to the market area. Though, it gets a little too quiet and a little spooky at night.

Apart from that, I had a bad experience during the booking process. I booked via Booking.com, where they have a free cancellation policy but the host is the one who decides the final payment terms. In this case, the host wanted a full payment with no cancellation or refund. I agreed to it since our trip was confirmed and she said she can change the dates to any other day if we have to cancel for any reason. Due to some unexpected constraints, I requested her a couple of days before the booked dates to either reschedule for another weekend or refund it. She said all her weekends are booked till September, something she never mentioned on the call when rescheduling was an option. She also said she can’t refund us and even if we were to go for a weekday or transfer our booking to someone else, we needed to tell her almost immediately, which is impossible. This pretty much left us with no other option but to either cancel without a refund or make it despite the constraints that had suddenly come up. Plus, our communication with the host was extremely unhelpful. She was almost rude and extremely unaccommodating. Eventually, we managed to make it since we didn't want our booking fee to go to waste, but this certainly ruined our experience.

It was super clean and the owner and the caretaker both were very helpful and reachable. The stay was pleasant.
