"Overall Good but would have been great with a working shower"

The shower was impossible. It either was freezing cold or burning fire hot so you could not take a shower. Also the shower head was broken. Fix that issue and I would recommend this stay as it met all other expectations.

"Exceptional stay near Bath. Ffcfc"

The pastoral setting while looking out of the kitchen window. Liked the nearby parking across the busy road. The coffee provided was excellent. One of the legs of the sofa broke and it was fixed the next day! Nearby bus stop to Bath

No marked street crossing nor traffic lights with cars come from a blind turn .

Lovely property, great location, good communications from host/owner Kitchen/living room was fantastic. Really good space to spend time with friends.

Downstairs bathroom had a leak behind the rear wall/through the tiles so some stagnant black water puddles would develop next to the toilet. The shower rail was broken so impossible to have it at any height or static - required two hands. A nightmare if 6’2”! Kettle was completely limescaled

"A visit to Bath"

The house was cosy, warm, and very clean, with great amenities. It snowed on Saturday morning, which made the stay special. The location was very quiet and private, but just 10 minutes drive from the hustle and bustle of Bath City Centre. We will definitely book again.

There was nothing negative about the stay.

Comfortable, warm, ßand well equipped. Comfortable beds, nice rooms. Good location with easy access to Bath Good wifi

Some road noise in upstairs bedroom, level of noise not too bad, just that I live in a very quiet location and am a light sleeper. Maybe secondary glazing would help.

"Relaxing home from home stay"

It’s absolutely stunning, with every amenity available, definitely a home from home. Perfectly situated, bus stop right on the doorstep to get into central town. Beautiful views from all around

"Fantastic time away, great for walking and visiting the Christmas market in Bath."

Fabulous kitchen and bedrooms. Once you’ve crossed the extremely busy road junction the walk by the canal is lovely. Also perfectly easy for driving in to Bath.

Very busy road junction, noisy in the top bedroom with the traffic.
