Amplasarea apartamentului, zona liniștită bine conectata cu orașul, centru comercial in apropiere.

Apartamentul necesita renovare generala. Ferestrele sunt vechi, in sezonul rece nu oferă protecție față de temperatura exterioara, așternuturi de pat incomplete. Gazda a răspuns pozitiv referitor la un check in avans față de ora menționată însă la solicitarea privind temperatura scăzută din apartament răspunsul a fost sub așteptări. Pe ansamblu nu recomand apartamentul decât dacă aveți un buget limitat.

L'emplacement, la surface de l'appartement, la sécurisation de l'immeuble

La vétusté des équipements, fond d'armoire défoncé, meuble sous lavabo cassé, 2 cuillères à café pour 6, grille pain rouillé, cafetière sans anse, 2 stores sans sangle, frigo très sale, pas de torchons, manque de couvertures, photo de la résidence d'en face !
